Changed Your Mind?
Our products come with a 30-day money back guarantee as well as a 14 day cooling off period from when you receive the order. During this time period you can inspect the items you have paid for and providing they are not used or tampered with, return them for an exchange or refund. We cannot process returns after the 14 day cooling off period so please make sure to report your return as soon as possible.
To enable us to refund or exchange your purchase, items must be returned to us in the exact condition you received them in. We are unable to refund products that have had their package seal broken unless we have made a mistake with your order. We will refuse claims for returns whereby you have used the product and decided that it is not to your liking. As we operate primarily as a sampling service the concept of our store is to allow you to purchase smaller amounts of fragrance to try before you buy. If you are unsure as to whether or not you will like one of our products, please consider purchasing the smallest amount we have available when placing your order.
Faulty and Damaged Goods
In the unlikely event that a product arrives to you damaged or faulty, we may ask that your claim be supported by photographic evidence which can be sent to us via an email attachment. If you are unsure how to do this, then we are more than happy to provide you advise via telephone or email communication. Depending on the extent of the fault or damages we may feel it unnecessary for you to return the goods to us and will evaluate this when you make your claim. We will cover you for any return postage fee’s incurred on your part when returning faulty or damaged items.
How to return a product
For the vast majority of returns, you can use Royal Mail 1st or 2nd class service when sending back to us. We regret that we cannot be held responsible for non-delivery of goods you return to us and advise using a recorded service when sending goods of value £20 or more. Please retain your proof of postage until you have received acknowledgement or credit for the return. Due to postal regulations regarding perfume being classed as hazardous goods, you will need to advise the post office from where you are posting that the contents of the package contain perfume. They will then put an ID8000 label on the package to ensure it meets the correct requirements for dispatch thus ensuring safe arrival back to us. We advise that you return goods to us using adequate packaging such as a padded jiffy bag or postal box to reduce the likelihood of damages occurring during transit. In the vast majority of cases you can use the same packaging we have supplied with your order and re-seal with parcel tape.
All returns must be processed by contacting us first via telephone or email and we ask that you do so before you make a return. You can contact our customer services team to advise if you have a return to make by clicking here or by calling our office on +44 (0) 800 689 4542.
